Jill Lowe has been practicing law for over 15 years, and exclusively in marital and family law for over 13 years. She started her legal career working for a mid-size law firm in Central Florida as an associate in the firm’s litigation department representing clients in commercial disputes and probate litigation and mass tort litigation.  She also represented clients in marital and family law cases, and from then on, she decided to dedicate her legal career exclusively to marital and family law.  After making the commitment to work exclusively in marital and family law, she began working for boutique family law firms in Florida. Her legal experience includes representing clients in complex and high-net worth divorces and in the Collaborative Divorce process.  During her legal career, she achieved Board Certification in Marital and Family Law from the Florida Bar.  Jill is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and trained in Collaborative Divorce.  She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Texas.

Marital and family law is the area of law where Jill felt she could have the most positive impact on her clients.  She understands and appreciates how the issues impact families because she witnessed first-hand from her own personal experience the impact.  She tries to achieve the best outcome for her clients while also balancing the interest of the family unit.  What distinguishes Jill is that she enjoys helping her clients move past divorce to discover a new and more fulfilling future.  She is invested in her client’s wellbeing.

Jill is committed to giving back to the community and leaving a legacy.  After surviving breast cancer at a young age, she started a nonprofit that provides support bags to cancer patients.  She also inspires and encourages others through her blog and speaking engagements.  Outside of the office, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community.
